Return Period
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Free from damage, wear, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons:
- Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items without original packaging or documentation
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
If your return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items

Our workspace objects are designed for longevity when properly maintained. Care instructions are included with each product. Items showing damage from improper care or maintenance may not be eligible for return or warranty coverage.
